Wonderful

The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The room was nicely appointed and with a modern decor. It was centrally located with easy access to the train station and plenty of eateries/restaurants. A China town was right across the street. The room was actually very nice.

The food for the buffet lunch was not warm which was surprising since we arrived around 1:30 pm. The flavor of the food was quite good, however. The food was actually on the expensive side.

The room is too hot even after open up the window. The room heater is not able to adjust. Hotel provide electrical fan and it does help a bit. Luckly only staying for 2 night.

Nice stay

The location was great for me because I caught a late train to Busan. The hotel was easy to spot because it was one of the tallest buildings. The room was clean and nice. I got everything that I needed in the room.

I had some communication issue with the staff. I had a question about picking up Lotte duty free at the airport but the staff could not understand me. I thought it was a basic question.

Value for money, excellent location

The location was excellent, just across Busan train station (KTX) as well as subway. It was convenient for us as we have elderly and numerous luggages. The rooms were clean and definitely value for money. Will stay at Ramada again if we go back to Busan.

Though I understand its the beginning of winter and the hotel have changed to heater mode for the rooms, I hope they can really accomodate to let guests switch to air con mode. Despite opening the window, the room was stuffy and hot and I was sweating.

Location and comfortable beds. Nice view to the terminal and harbour.

Temperature control. It has a central heating system. It was so hot and dry in the room and you can't control the temperature yourself.

nice hotel for one person stay.

hotel is clean and nice. location is convenient for roaming around. the staff is helpful. house brunch was excellent. however the room was tiny. two people and luggages can fill up the room.

the rooms are too small for two people to stay with luggages.

I will not go back in this hotel.

Location just across Busan train station and public Bus. Some staff tried to speak English as there’s really no one who speaks English. Staff were not rude but not hospitable. They increased the hotel price due to BTS performing that weekend.

The first night the room was so Hot, they turned the heater on on 70 degrees night and during the day in anticipation of a colder days. But the Room was so hot, they told as to open the windows and gave us electric fan. The staff were not so friendly.

Excellent location, value and comfort.

Excellent location, just outside Busan station. Nice clean rooms, good shower, comfortable bed. Friendly staff who spoke good English, quick and easy check in. Room had a pretty nice view of Busan, too.

The only minor issue was that the USB charging ports on the headboard didn't work, so I had to charge my phone using the ports by the table, and couldn't keep my phone next to me as I slept. Other than that, it was all good.

Superb

Location is right next to Busan station which was excellent. Provided a safe haven during the recent typhoon and is near buses and the subway and Busan's Chinatown. There are numerous eateries and shopping around, and we found coffee shops that were open early nearby! (There is also Starbucks downstairs ^^)

Room was just a teeny bit squeezy for a triple but it's a minor point - overall super value for money. If you prefer to be near the beaches, Haeundae is about an hour away by public transport.
